HOW REVIEWS QUALIFY

A harder gate. A better community.

Account integrity

Verified email, abuse-prevention checks, rate limits and age-appropriate eligibility. One account is not unlimited reviewing permission.

Experience evidence

Eligible booking confirmation, a partner verification token or securely submitted supporting evidence. Sensitive details are minimised and redacted.

Conflict and duplicate checks

Ownership/employment disclosures, one review per qualifying experience, repeated-text detection and suspicious submission-pattern checks.

AI-assisted integrity · planned

When connected, models will flag manipulation signals for human review. An AI detector is not used as definitive proof of fraud and reviewers have an appeal path.

Moderation and fairness

Policies apply to positive and negative reviews alike. No removal merely because a business dislikes honest criticism.

Transparent publishing

Evidence-status labels, review dates, helpful votes, edits and clear decision explanations. Paid, pressured, rewarded and materially connected reviews are excluded.

Good reviews don't need to be long. They need to be real.

Our prototype demonstrates the front-end journey. Production controls require secure server-side verification, privacy safeguards, moderation tools and genuine business data.
